Fixed-frequency circuits

These are stabilized circuits specifically designed to regulate the vibration amplitude of vibrating equipment, both circular and linear. They are equipped with a dedicated selector switch to control start and stop, with adjustable ramp time from 0.1 to 4.5 seconds. They operate equally at 50 Hz and 60 Hz.

Fixed-frequency circuits can be controlled manually or via PLC, with the possibility of switching off the vibrator during normal operation either through a clean on/off contact or via a voltage signal (0–24 VDC). In addition, the on/off logic can be inverted by means of the dedicated switch.

Variable-frequency circuits

They allow optimization of vibrator operation by identifying its resonance frequency, thereby eliminating the long and complex mechanical adjustment process. This setting is performed with the system running, enabling rapid determination of the optimal operating frequency.

On request, a panel-mounted version is available, featuring parameter control via an external digital keypad and the option to optimize the operating frequency by connecting an accelerometer. The external keypad also offers the advantage of being connectable to multiple frequency inverters, allowing adjustment of different systems.

Electrical control panels

Completing our product range are custom electrical control panels designed to drive systems such as circular and linear feeders, motorized or vibrating hoppers, with PLC-based control.
