What’s it for?

Vibrating straight feeders VL are used for transporting usually oriented workpieces. One or more channels can be mounted on it to guide the oriented pieces along a precise and orderly path.

Often employed between the output of the circular vibrators and the gripping and handling station of the automatic machine.

In this case they have a pulmonating function, to ensure continuous and rhythmic feeding to the automatic machine.

Our linears have a very fine vibration and ensure continuous sliding of the pieces with minimal jolts.

Technical features

Material and customization

Our linears are built and mounted exclusively by our specialized staff. All components (magnets and leaf springs) and workmanship are guaranteed and certified to be absolutely ‘Made in Italy’.

We use resin electromagnets designed for high performance, which ensure uniformity of vibration, even as the load of the parts varies. Our leaf springs are based on high-strength and certified fiber composite materials.

The supply voltage is 230V/50Hz single-phase, but it is possible to have different voltage and frequencies and in UL version, with shielded cable.
