What is it for?
Axial vibrators (also called shakers) are used where a small and medium intensity shaking action is required, achieved by vibration.
They are normally applied to hoppers, chutes and channels to facilitate the falling of the pieces and maintain their constant and uniform flow.
Why to choose it?
- To choose the appropriate model, the thickness and capacity of the hopper or channel must be taken into account.
- As a general indication, the V1 can be fixed on hoppers with 0.6 mm thick sheets and a capacity of 27 litres, while the V2 model can be fixed on 3 mm thick sheets and a capacity of 540 litres.
- When the capacity or thickness exceeds the standard indications, it is necessary to provide multiple shakers.
- They are driven by an electromagnet with a voltage of 230V/50Hz and require an electronic controller to adjust the vibration intensity.
