Static Hopper
What is it used for?
TMS series hoppers, also known as “static loading” hoppers, are designed to convey and pre-dose bulk products made of different materials such as metal, plastic, granules, and wood.
They are used in a wide range of sectors: industrial, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, jewelry, and more. By distributing the weight of the parts along the funnel-shaped walls, they allow loading capacities of up to 500 liters.
They can be combined with:
Circular vibratory feeders / conveyor belts
Weighing and packaging systems
Vision inspection and robotic pick-and-place systems
Cascade loading systems.

You can select one of our models based on the size of your product, its weight/volume, and the required operating autonomy.

How the hopper is loaded and where the product is discharged

Technical specifications
Materials and customization
TMS series hoppers are made of stainless steel (AISI 304 / 316). Surface finishing can be manual polishing or chemical electropolishing, with the relevant certification.
The inner surface of the hopper can be coated with bonded or sprayed polyurethane (FDA-certified for food and pharmaceutical use).
Non-standard hoppers or custom designs can also be developed according to specific customer requirements. The vibrators used are available in three models with IP65-rated magnets, operating at 3000 cycles/min, 230V – 50 Hz, with optional UL and ATEX certification.
