What is it for?
Axial vibratory systems, also called shaking machines, are used wherever a low, medium intensity shaking action is needed, by means of vibrations. Normally applied to hoppers, slides and channels to facilitate the parts falling while keeping a constant and even flow.
Why to choose it?
- In order to choose the most suitable model, the thickness and capacity of the hopper or channel must be taken into consideration.
- In general, V1 can be mounted on hoppers with 0.6 mm thick plates and a capacity of 27 litres, model V2 on 3 mm thick plates and a capacity of 540 litres.
- When the capacity or the thickness are higher than standard specifications, further shaking machines must be used.
- They are actuated by an electromagnet, 230V/50Hz voltage, and they need an electronic controller to adjust the vibration intensity.
