What is it for?
Circular vibrating bases are ‘motors’, circular vibrating bases are, on which cups/containers with cylindrical, conical or stepped shapes are mounted.
The cups, receiving the vibration and having spirals inside, carry the pieces inserted into them to the top, to allow them to be oriented.
They are used wherever it is necessary to automate and orient parts: automotive, packaging, wood and electrical engineering, to name a few.
When combined with dedicated cups, they can not only orient and position the pieces, but also serve as a counting device, or as a servo for gripping and robot manipulation.
How to choose?
The range starts from a 150 mm diameter base to 850 mm, with 12 models.
The base model must be chosen according to the type of pieces to be oriented. Other important data:

Material and customization
Our vibrating bases are designed, built and mounted exclusively by our specialized staff. All components (magnets and leaf springs) and workmanship are guaranteed and certified to be absolutely ‘Made in Italy’.
We use resin electromagnets designed for high performance, which ensure uniformity of vibration, even as the load of the parts varies. Our leaf springs are based on high-strength and certified fiber composite materials.
We have models with frequency at 3000 and 6000 cycles / minute with one and three magnets. The supply voltage is 230V/50Hz single-phase, but it is possible to have different voltage and frequencies and in UL version, with shielded cable.
