What’s it for?
Pneumatic lines are used to transport parts for which electromagnet models cannot be used.
Often used for evacuation of finished products, scrap, chips and waste and processing material.
How and why to choose them?
The linear is activated with the connection to compressed air with pressure from 4 to 6 Bar and therefore is explosion-proof. E’ it is possible to adjust the forward speed (max. 20 mt/minute).
Straight channels with a length of 1 to 1.8 mt can be used,even with uphill operation (max. 6°)
Applications in various sectors: Plastics, metal vices and small parts industry, food, pharmaceuticals, explosive materials, recycled materials, etc.
